The reusable cup fits comfortably inside the vaginal canal to collect period blood and stays perfectly in place due to a suction seal. It features a silky-smooth coating for enhanced comfort and can be worn day or night and during sports and swimming for round-the-clock protection.

This easy to wash cup provides superior protection for up to 12 hours and is made from 100% hypoallergenic, medical-grade silicone. BPA and Toxin free.

Period Cup Size A (in Pink) provides a capacity equivalent to 3 tampons. Ideal for those with a normal to light flow and is great for menstrual cup beginners. Period Cup Size B (in Clear) provides a capacity equivalent to 4 tampons. Ideal for those with a normal-heavy flow as well as experienced cup users that have given birth vaginally.

How to Use

Wash your hands before and after use. For an easier insertion rinse with water or add a thin layer of water-based lubricant to the rim of the cup. With one hand, fold your period cup in half with the rim facing upwards. While keeping it folded, place it into your vagina with the rim still facing upwards, (only as far as you would insert a tampon) and gently rotate. Once the cup is in place, gently turn it so that it fully opens. Your cup should feel unnoticeable if inserted correctly.

To remove; using your thumb and index finger, reach into your vagina and pinch the cup. Pull down gently to remove. Empty the contents of the cup into your toilet followed by rinsing and washing the cup with a mild soap. Fragrance-free soap is recommended.
