For the calves: Starting at your ankle, stroke upwards towards your knee cavity.

For the front of the leg and thighs: Starting at your knee, stroke upwards along the inner, outer and upper thighs. Try to drain towards lymph nodes (the groin) to promote lymphatic drainage.

For the back of the leg and bum: Place the tool above the knee cavity and use up and sideward strokes towards the hips.

For the chest and décolleté: Start at the center of the chest and use gentle strokes up and outwards. Avoid contact with sensitive areas such as the middle of the throat.

How to Roll:
Always cleanse face first! Advice: Apply serum, oil or moisturizer before rolling. For best results, roll for 5-10 minutes daily.

For jawline and cheeks, use the large roller. Start on the chin and roll from the center outwards and upwards towards the ear.

For the forehead, use the large roller. Start at the center of the forehead and roll towards the ear.

For the neck, use the large roller. Start under the chin and roll towards the collarbone.

For the eyes, use the small roller. Start at the inner corner of your eye and roll outwards towards the ear. Work both the lids and under eye area.

For the forehead, use the flat side: Start by making smooth strokes from the middle of your eyebrows up to your hairline. Follow with strokes from the center of the forehead outwards towards your temple.

For the brows, use the curved side: Gently stroke the area below your eyebrow and above your eyes moving outwards. Stay on the bone of the brow.

For around the eyes, use the flat side: Slowly and very gently stroke your under-eye area moving outwards and up towards your temple.

For the cheeks and the cheekbones, use the flat side: Start from the center of your face and stroke, applying reasonable pressure, outwards towards your ear. Use the curved side to work your cheekbone.

For the jawline, use the curved side: Start from the center of your chin and work your way up on your jawline towards your earlobe.

For the neck, use the arched side: Gently stroke from your jawline down to the middle of your collarbone. Avoid contact with sensitive areas such as the middle of the throat.

Standard Delivery costs 35 SAR, and we offer free Standard Delivery on all orders over 200SAR. Cash on Delivery payment is available for all orders. GCC Delivery

We deliver to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar. Standard Delivery takes 3 – 5 working days, depending on whether the order is placed before the cut-off time of 3:00 PM. Standard Delivery across the GCC costs $10 (37 AED). We offer free Standard Delivery on orders over $95 (350 AED). Cash on Delivery is available for orders to Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.
