Remote Areas and Delivery Attempts

If you are not available, our courier will make up to three delivery attempts and will contact you by WhatsApp or phone to arrange delivery. If delivery still cannot be completed, your order will be returned to us and we will contact you. Express 4-Hour Delivery orders have one delivery attempt.
