Worn for over a decade by the world’s top supermodels, celebrities, tastemakers, and those in the know, RMS Beauty was founded by Rose-Marie Swift in 2009 to clean up the industry and set a higher standard for beauty. A pioneer of the clean beauty movement and a master makeup artist for over 30 years, her lightbulb moment was realizing that cosmetics could be made with better, safer ingredients while simultaneously making women more beautiful. As a professional makeup artist, it was important to Rose-Marie that RMS products were not only safe to use, but could also be beautiful and long-lasting on a photo shoot, a runway show, and, of course, everyday.

RMS products are cruelty-free, free of parabens, gluten, synthetic fragrances, GMOs, sulfate, phthalates, and talc. They're formulated using raw, food grade, certified organic, wildcrafted and naturally derived ingredients, and are toxicologist-approved where synthetic ingredients are necessary. Paving the way for a more sustainable future, many of RMS's products are either packaged in glass so that they can be recycled, are refillable, or use alternatives to plastic such as aluminum tubes or wooden pencils. Where plastic is a necessity, it is at least 50% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR).
