HOW TO ROLL:
Always cleanse face first! Advice: Apply serum, oil or moisturizer before rolling. Roll 5-10 minutes daily.

For the jawline and cheeks: Use Large Spiked Roller. Start on the chin and roll from the center outwards and upwards towards the ear.

For the forehead: Use Large Spiked Roller. Start at the center of the forehead and roll towards the ear.

For the neck: Use Large Spiked Roller. Start under the chin and roll towards the collarbone.

For the eyes: Use Small Roller. Start at the inner corner of your eye and roll outwards towards the ear. Work both the lids and under eye area.

HOW TO GUA SHA: Always cleanse face first Advice: Apply serum, oil or moisturizer before using this tool. Repeat every stroke 5-10 times on both sides of your face. Tip: End each stroke with a little wiggle to help move lymph.

For the forehead: Use flat side. Start by making smooth strokes from the middle of your eyebrows up to your hairline. Follow with strokes from the center of the forehead outwards towards your temple.

For the brows: Use curved side. Gently stroke the area below your eyebrow and above your eyes moving outwards. Stay on the bone of the brow.

For the eyes: Use flat side. Slowly and very gently stroke your under-eye area moving outwards and up towards your temple.

For the cheeks and cheekbone: Use flat side. Start from the center of your face and stroke, applying reasonable pressure, outwards towards your ear. Use curved side: To work your cheekbone.

For the jawline: Use curved side. Start from the center of your chin and work your way up on your jawline towards your earlobe.

For the neck: Use arched side. Gently stroke from your jawline down to the middle of your collarbone. Avoid contact with sensitive areas such as the middle of the throat.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 working day (Mondays to Saturdays). Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and may take longer if the shipping address is remote, during national holidays and under other circumstances.

United Arab Emirates

Standard Delivery across the UAE takes 1 – 2 working days and is 25 AED. We offer free delivery on orders over AED 200. Cash on Delivery payment is available for all orders.

Same Day Delivery is available in Dubai and is 45 AED. We offer free Same Day Delivery in Dubai on orders over AED 1,000. Same Day Delivery orders must be placed by 11:00 AM for same day processing and delivery. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the following day.

Delivery to Saudi Arabia

Standard Delivery across Saudi Arabia takes 3 – 5 working days and is $10 (37 SAR). We offer free Standard Delivery on orders over 200 SAR. Cash on Delivery payment is available for all orders, however a COD fee of 25 SAR will apply. Orders to Saudi Arabia will be subject to 15% VAT which will be added automatically at Checkout.

International Delivery

We deliver to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar. Standard Delivery takes 4 – 7 working days and is $10 (37 AED). We offer free Standard Delivery on orders over $55 (200 AED).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or an email with tracking information. You may be contacted by our delivery partner to confirm your address and schedule the most convenient time for delivery. Your delivery may be delayed if we are unable to contact you.
