The Precision Colour Pencils are highly-pigmented, and glide effortlessly onto the skin with a creamy-matte finish. Their texture is creamy enough to use as a lipstick and blendable enough to be used as a blush or to add a wash of colour to the eyelids, and have a precision tip for lining eyes and lips.
Made in Italy. This formula is vegan, cruelty-free, and free of synthetic fragrance.
