This policy explains how Powder Middle East FZ LLC (trading as Powder Beauty), PO Box 326370, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, collects and uses your personal data when you use powderbeauty.com, shop with us or contact us.

  • Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order history, account login, and anything you send us in messages or reviews. For some deliveries, customs require your national ID details.
  • Payment information: payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Information collected automatically: your device, browser, IP address and how you use our website, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and account
  • To answer your questions and send service messages about your order by email, SMS or WhatsApp
  • To send you offers and news, only where you have agreed to receive them
  • To improve our website, understand what our customers like and measure our advertising
  • To prevent fraud and meet our legal, tax and customs obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run our business, and only what they need:

  • Our ecommerce platform (Shopify), which hosts our store and your account
  • Payment providers, including card processors, Tabby and Tamara
  • Delivery partners and customs authorities, to get your order to you
  • Email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing providers
  • Product review, affiliate, analytics and advertising partners
  • Authorities, where the law requires it

Some of these providers store data outside your country. We only use providers that protect your data to an appropriate standard.

Marketing

We only send marketing messages if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option in any email or message, or by contacting us.

How long we keep it
