Cancelling an order
You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order by emailing customercare@powderbeauty.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. We refund you in full to your original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns because you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully and ask us if you are unsure about a product. We accept returns only where an item is damaged, faulty, has a quality issue, or is not what you ordered.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will collect the item at no cost and, at your choice, send a replacement or give you a full refund including the delivery charge. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Free gifts and samples must be returned with the order they came with. Gift cards cannot be returned.
Reactions and personal results
Please read the ingredient list and patch test before first use. A reaction to an ingredient that is listed on the product, or a product not suiting your skin, hair or routine, is not a fault, so opened products in these cases are not covered by a return or refund.
If you react to a product, stop using it and contact us. We will pass the details to the brand and, where we can, suggest an alternative.
How you are refunded
- Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: refunded to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or store credit, whichever you prefer.
- Tabby and Tamara orders: refunded through Tabby or Tamara, which adjusts your remaining instalments.
We process refunds within 14 working days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show the refund.
Samples
If you are unsure about a product, ask us for a sample where available.
Your rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the consumer protection laws of the country you live in.
