Order processing
We dispatch most orders within 1 working day, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day. All cut-off times are UAE time. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for remote addresses and during public holidays.
Our courier will make up to three delivery attempts (one for Express 4-Hour Delivery) and may call you to confirm your address. If delivery still cannot be completed, your order is returned to us and we will contact you. Orders placed after a cut-off time are delivered the next day.

Express 4-Hour Delivery is by motorbike and limited to one parcel under 5 kg; larger orders move to Same Day or Standard. Some remote areas are served on Thursdays and Sundays only. Cash on delivery is available.
Saudi Arabia

Prices include 15% VAT and there are no customs duties to pay on delivery. Cash on delivery is available. For orders over SAR 1,000, customs require your full name as shown on your national ID, your ID number and its expiry date.
Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar
Standard Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days for orders placed by 3:00 PM. It costs AED 55 (USD 15), free from AED 735 (USD 200).
Customs duties and import taxes are paid at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Cash on delivery is not available. For Oman and Qatar, customs require your full name as shown on your national ID, your ID number and its expiry date for every order.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your order is late or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it. See our Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
